SHIPPING POLICY

Ultimate Sacrifice Box LLC is a pre-order box. Meaning that each pre-order will be open for two weeks or once our pre-order limit is reached.

 

Once one of those actions occurs, Ultimate Sacrifice Box LLC moves into our logistical phase. This phase is crucial in ensuring each box is curated to perfection. Please be patient and understanding during this phase. If there are any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to reach out to our team. 

Customer Service is our goal. We will ensure to respond within 1 business day.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Ultimate Sacrifice Box does not accept returns or offer refunds on The Box or any products inside of The Box. If there is any issues or concerns we ask that you reach out at ultimatesacrificebox@gmail.com.

Each Situation is handled on a case-by-case basis.

 

We understand that things can happen between transit and shipping but we are not responsible for missing orders, marked as delivered, or delays. We will provide a confirmation number once the package has been shipped and then it is your responsibility to take up any shipping issues with the package distributors and reference number.
